About the Owner
Tom and Donna Notaro live in Pensacola, Florida — but their hearts have long been drawn to the Smoky Mountains. After years of visiting Gatlinburg and falling in love with its beauty, peaceful pace, and mountain charm, they fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning a cabin here. Bear Feet is much more than a vacation rental to them — it’s their mountain home away from home. It’s where they gather with family and friends, share meals around the table, enjoy slow mornings on the porch, and unwind under the stars. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and a little special — a place where you can truly relax. The cabin offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy. Just three miles from downtown Gatlinburg, you’re close to restaurants, attractions, and entertainment — yet tucked near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where deer, wild turkeys, and even the occasional bear wander through the community.
